General Rules & Regulations.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Each person may select and enter more than one contest. Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated in the Specified Rules & Regulations for each Contest. Contest(s) run during the dates and times posted for each event, or until the limited number of entrants per prize is reached, which ever comes first. The number of entrants that can attempt to win each prize will vary and each limited number will be noted in the Specific Rules & Regulations for each Contest.
These promotional contest(s) are organized by 6595308 Canada LTD (also known as GR8 Oddz Promotions LTD.) herein after known as the Contest Organizer's and are open to all residents of Ontario, except employees, representatives and Agents (and persons with whom they are domiciled and members of their immediate family) of the Contest Organizer's, any/all companies or organizations who are participating in any of the contests, their respective affiliates, associates, licensees, dealers, advertising and promotional agencies. Entrants must be of the age of majority by the start date of the promotional Contest.
All entries become the property of the Contest Organizer’s who assumes no responsibility for lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected mail, or email or any computer errors or malfunctions. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected potential winning entrant(s), and with contestants requesting Contest Rules and Regulations (who must include a self-addressed stamped envelope). The Contest Organizer's shall not be responsible and held blameless for any/all errors or negligence that may arise or occur regardless of the cause or reason, by either, participating companies for whom we have arranged coverage for the prizes they are offering or any/all individuals participating as contestants in connection with any/all of the Contests arranged by the Contest Organizer's. The Contest Organizer's also do not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this contest will be the contest server machine(s). Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. All decisions of the Contest Organizer’s are final in all matters as they relate to any/all Contests.
By entering any of our promotional contests, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, which govern each and all of the contests.
The Contest Organizer’s are not responsible for those who cannot access the Internet or cannot click-through for any period of time or for messages that are garbled or if entry information is not captured correctly on account of technical, hardware, software, telephone, Internet, virus contamination, network, human error or any other problems; and for delay, failure or malfunction for any reason.
The Contest Organizer’s reserve the right to withdraw, amend or terminate any contest at any time without prior notice or disqualify any entrant if, in Organizer’s sole judgment, it determines that the integrity or fairness of the Contest(s) may have been, or could be, compromised or that the Contest(s) is/are not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes. Any/all applicable taxes, if any are the winner’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
If a potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules they will be deemed ineligible to win and forfeit the prize. If any prize(s) or prize(s) notification is returned or cannot be delivered, the potential winner’s name will be posted on the Contest Organizer's website for a period of 30 (thirty) days. Should no contact be made during this period it will be concluded definitively that the prize(s) has been declined and, without further notice, the Contest Organizer’s will arrange to have said prize(s) be made available in another Contest at a future date. By entering, all participants release, indemnify and hold harmless one and all, Gr8 Oddz Promotions LTD., its respective parent company, each of it’s affiliates, successors and their respective directors, shareholders, officers, employees, independent Agents, advertising, production and Web design and hosting agencies, all others associated with these contests in any capacity where applicable, from all liability, including attorneys’ fees and costs, regarding participation in the Contest, the receipt and use of prize awarded and, without limitation, from any and all loss of or damage to property, injury or death while using or misusing the prize(s). All prize winners’ waive the right 1) to assert as a cost of winning the prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize(s), and 2) to any claim which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize(s).
Potential winner(s) will be notified by telephone. Entrant who matches exactly the 6-digit combination pre-selected by the underwriters of each prize (using this method to determine a winner) and has complied with these rules and regulations is eligible to be considered a winner. Winner(s) must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility within 30 days in order to receive their prize. Acceptance of any/all prize(s) constitutes permission without compensation to use winner's name and photograph in television commercials, in website promotions, and for other promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. A timed mathematical skills testing question must be successfully completed without mechanical aid, in order for any winner to claim their prize. All applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws apply to this contest. Promotion is void where prohibited. The personal information you provide when entering any of the Contest's arranged by us, will be used to administer each Contest and for no other reason, unless otherwise clearly specified in the Specific Rules & Regulations relating to a specific Contest. .
All Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be substituted, have no cash surrender value nor can they be converted to cash and must be accepted as awarded.
The Contest Organizer's may at any time revise these rules & regulations by updating this posting. By using this Web Site, you agree to be bound by any/all such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the current terms to which you are bound.
