Gr8 Oddz Promotions LTD.

New Promotion
The following specific rules and regulations apply to the Salmon Shifter promotion running from July27- August 31, 2007.
Entrants must have a valid G1 license or greater prior to participting. All international licenses are valid. There are no height restrictions. If it rains we will need to reschedule. The winner will need to book their spot in advance (2 weeks) and fax back their waiver and informatuin forms. Contestant will need to put a C.C on file to confirm their booking, Participants will be pulled from the track if their driving leans on the dangerous side. Lap are not timed, this is just a driving experiences. There is no charge to enter the track area. Personnel automotive insurance won't apply to this driving experience. All participants are asked to show up 30 mins prior to scheduled start time.
The winner of this promotional contest will have until Oct. 31st. 2007 to redeem their prize.

The following specific rules and regulations apply to the Newtopaz Kennel 'Name this Puppy' promotion running from June16-August 31, 2007.

This contest runs from June 16-August 31, 2007. Only entries received prior to midnight on August the 31st. 2007 will be eligible. Our General Rules & Regulations apply to this contest. Individuals can enter more than once and there is no limit to the total number of entries that can be submitted for this contest. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries we receive.   

By e-mailing us your 'name' suggestion you are automatically entered in this contest. We do not sell, forward or give out the e-mail addresses of any contestants. This information is used strictly for the purpose of managing this contest. The 'winner' will be notified by e-mail and will have 30 days to respond, sshould no contact be made during this period it will be concluded definitively that the prize has been declined and, without further notice, the Contest Organizer’s will arrange to have said prize be made available to the second place entry. Should you not wish to receive any periodic e-mail communication from Newtopaz Kennels please state this clearly when submitting your entry for this contest.
 
This contest is open to any individuals world wide that are of the age of majority in his/her province of residence or older at time of entry, except were excluded by law. The winner if not collecting the prize in person, will be required to submit a high quality digital image of their likeness, which will be used in various forms by the Contest Organizer's for future advertising & marketing campaigns, where applicable by law.
Should the winner decide, due to the travel costs involved or for any other reason, not to receive their prize in person, it is hereby agreed that payment of all costs involved in shipping said prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Shipping charges must be paid in Canadian dollars and in full prior to shipping.
This promotion has no limit to the number of individuals who can attempt to win this prize.

The following specific rules and regulations apply to the promotions being held at the Spring Motorcycle show at the International Centre April 14-15, 2007.

York Soaring Association Promotion. 
Should someone win the Glider Pilots course:
All flights to be completed during the 2007 Soaring Season at the club airfield near Arthur, Ontario. 
Club membership, aircraft and instruction during the course is included.
Pilot log book and student pilot manual included.
Maximum of 50 flights included.
Glider Pilot course winner must provide or pass suitable avaviation medical qualifications and be a suitable fit and weight for the club training gliders.
Ground school attendance and exam pass required.
Exam cost for first attempt included. 
Winner to contact the club at (519) 848-3621 in order to claim their prize.

Should someone win the Introductory Glider Flights.
All Introductory Flights won during this promotion must be completed during the 2007 Soaring Season at the club airfield near Arthur, Ontario.
Winners must be of a suitable fit and weight for the club training gliders. 
Day membership included.
Winner to contact the club at (519) 848-3621 in order to claim their prize and arrange their flights. 
This promotion is limited to the first 3,500 individuals who attempt to win this Grand Prize.
